At Hikaya, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, so we’ve streamlined our return policy. Here are the details:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

  • You can return products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging

IMPORTANT NOTICE:


We only replace items that are defective, such as those with peeling prints, damaged seams, or any manufacturing issues. We do not accept returns for changes of mind, including size or design preferences, as all our products are made on demand. This approach helps us prioritize sustainability by avoiding mass production, which often leads to excessive waste.

    HOW TO START A RETURN:

    To return something, just get in touch with our customer support team through our Instagram and Facebook pages. Tell us your order details and why you want to return the item.

    RETURN SHIPPING:

    Our logistics partner will pick up your item from your home or office for free. No hassle!

    INSPECTION AND PROCESSING:

    Once we get your item back, we'll check it over to make sure it meets the return rules.

    Refunds or exchanges will happen on the same day we get your item back. We'll refund the money the same way you paid for the item.

    REFUND OR EXCHANGE OPTIONS:

    If your return is okay we'll send over the replacement right away. As a reminder, estimated lead time is 4-7 business days.
